Marie began painting classes when she moved from Melbourne to Benalla with husband and family over thirty years ago. She was one of the first members when the Benalla Artist’s Guild was formed and is still a member and exhibits with them on occasions.
Marie has won many awards over the years and is now a member of six art societies including the Ringwood Art Society
