Charmian began her art career doing acrylic painting, folk art and various other crafts before progressing to painting with pastels.   Until the last couple of years, she has been unable to spend a lot of time on her art due to work commitments as an Occupational Therapist and a grandmother.


She loves to travel in her motorhome and sketch the country scenes.  Her main passion is painting beach, river and any other water scenes.


Charmian is a member of the Ringwood Art Society and Mt Evelyn & Yarra Valley Art Society and is currently taking formal lessons from the award winning Michael Goff.
